The 60-Second Thankfulness Walk

Target: 60–75 seconds

1 · Hook

~7 sec

One honest sentence. Before "good morning." The truer, the better.

"Today I almost ______."
"Something hit me about ______."
"I keep coming back to ______."

2 · Ground us

~5 sec

Now the quick hello. Drop us into the walk.

"Morning walk — ______."
(where you are / the weather / how you feel)

3 · The one thing

~10 sec

Name a single thing. Just one.

"I'm thankful for ______."

4 · The why

~25–30 sec

The heart — only you can give this

Not what. Why it landed today. Thanks with your understanding.

"What struck me about it is ______."
"I used to take this for granted, but ______."
"What that does in me is ______."

5 · The turn

~10 sec

Hand it to the viewer. One question, then stop.

"What's the one thing you'd name if you stopped right now?"

HARD STOP End on the walk. No wrap-up. No "thanks for watching." Just cut.

The why is the only part that changes daily. Protect it, trim everything else.

Running long? Stop the camera at 75 seconds mid-thought. The abrupt end feels alive.

The walk comes first. Some mornings, don't film at all — just walk.
